Afar regional state has lost its privilege
Ethiopia didn't waste no time, It has shifted some of its import and export from Djibouti to Berbera, which mean less trucks on the road connecting Ethiopia to Djibouti and more importantly no more road blockage in Afar region, Ethiopia government is very enthusiastic and pleased about Berbera port, Berbera is just a stone's throw away from Harar, this is bad news for Afar region and good news for Harar business, Adari are very much connected to northern Somalis.
