Tigray will be very autonomous region . It will have it's own national bank and money, it's own defense force and and airline. It will have foreign missions in the capital city, which probably will be Axum or can continue with Meqelle. Tigray Regional State will have all it's territories occupied by Amhara returned to it's administration. Tigrigna will be the working language in Tigray. All Amhara people and aggressive tribes will have to be repatriated to Amhara regional state territories or respective tribal territories and all Tigrayans living in other regions will be returning to Tigray.

Tigray will have an access to the sea and all Tigrayan sovereign land occupied by Eritrea should be returned to Tigray as per Wuchale Treaty: Omhajer, Senafe, Segeneti, South Mereb Area, including it's extension to The Rede Sea coast, including Asseb port. Djiboutri Should return it's northern part to Tigray as it was taken from Tigray and given to France by sell-out Menelik.

No particular region owns the other. Ethiopians do not see Tigray providing economic diversity. They can boot you out of the country with consensus. Man you have two choices.
