Am laughing out loud reading tplfs preconditions for a ceasefire. Terrorist tplf is no position to make any demands. Winners dictate the terms of surrender. Tplf obviously doesn't get it. I'm hoping they get the memo, because if they don't Tigray might just disappear altogether.
