What ramifications do the withdrawal of Ethiopian forces have?
I hear a lot about Ethiopian from other part of the country who happened to be in Tigray at this time, students, soldiers, and others.
What about Tigrayans? Aren't they Ethiopians?
Leaving all Ethiopians including Tigrayans is never the right move.
