Abiy still believes he can further deceive the international community!
With the declaration of the unilateral cease fire , Abiy expects to get a relief from the pressure of the international community while he intends to continue his sige and embargo on the Tigray people. This will back fire on Abiy as TDF will further take proportional actions that will bring Abiy to full submission.
