When the Americans assassinated Qassem Soleimani they expected and accepted retaliation from Iran. The Iranians launched rocket attacks into an American base in Iraq causing some damage.
Getachew Reda is protected by the CIA but that shouldn't prevent Ethiopia from taking the required military measure.
