I fail to understand why some Ethiopians think Al Fashaka belongs to Ethiopia. Al Fashka belongs to Sudan. It is just like Welkayit , Raya and other place weyane annexed or incorporated to Tigray. Ethiopians began inhabiting Al Fashka in the mid nineties when Sudan was declared a terrorist and a pariah state by the Western powers. At the time, Al Bashir of Sudan had no power to force the Ethiopians out of the area . It was also the time where Egypt and Sudan's relationship was the lowest due to Egypt's former president Mubarek assassination attempt in Addis Ababa, perpetrated by Osama Bin Laden who was living in Sudan.

In 2009 Ethiopia acknowledged Al Fashka belongs to the Sudan but the two countries agreed to let the Ethiopians live and farm as they have been for years. After Al Bashir deposed from power, the current Sudan regime, Egypt's puppet, began expelling Ethiopians from the area.

What kind of sickness is this? what kind of human being think like this?

There is very nasty people in this world in which their sickening mindset can be corrected by removing or isolating them.
how the hell on the earth such kind of comment can come from Ethiopian? This is our enemies' stance. you are no different from them. Cancer.

To sum it up: that will happen in our dead bodies. It will never happen in million years. You don't know us, do you?

Alfashaga is not Ethiopian land. We have to learn to be content with what we have and stop seeking what is not ours.

Amhara is a overpopulated region Amhara needs to use its resources guns and everything it has to completely destroy Gumuz and Qemant. Amhara enemies must be eliminated from the planet as these two are destroyed in a period of 10 years Amhara will become great again.

Don't you get it? Mamo qillo and Issu jillo are being told to buzz off by their Arab master, Bin Zayed. Who is gonna mess with his own master who bailed him out with $3 billion 2 years ago and paid for his wedding with the savage monster of Singapoor?
You can thank the "ታሪክ ኣልባ ጎረምሳ" for this deal.

First of all I am not in the mood to verbally insulting each other with agame's troll. This include aba, and the fake amhara -Noble amhara!!

Temari said Alfashaga is not Ethiopian. This is very ridiculous. Do you have got any basic education? is that difficult to get this into your head?
as your name implies you are immature student and as your tutor I will explain to you to what level you understand.

let me split this into two, but I need direct answer from you otherwise I call you an idiot.

First from your definition even if it is not true, newcomers should hand the land to the right owner. Ok for the moment lets agree with your assumption. Oromos are not indigenous inhabitants here in Ethiopia only have a life span of 300 years. So they should leave the land to the owner. Do you agree? I need direct answer.

Second: around the world conflict in the border and on nearest island is not uncommon, isn't it? We are asking land that doesn't lie on the center of Sudan, it is just on the border between Sudan and Ethiopia. So it is normal to claim the land. How on the earth you become confidentially tell us this border area belongs to Sudan? What is your base? You have to explain, otherwise you are super stupid and you better shut up.

I need direct answer. No sane Ethiopian can give such unexpected comment like bandas.

To sum it up, as I am the son of my ancestors, it is in my blood to roar when I am pushed to edge erroneously. We will act to pay them dearly.

When Mamo qillo messed with the "ታሪክ ኣልባ ጎረምሳ", the floodgates are open; sanctions and unexpected punishments like this come from unexpected source. Let's see what the other master, Saudi, is going to do at the behest of the mighty U.S. of A. 🇺🇸.

DON'T REPLY BEFORE READING IT ALL!

Before jumping up and down you need to understand how international borders (between two countries) are drawn in Africa and what legal framework they are based. The bases for international borders in Africa is the colonial treaty.

You may think that is unfair and why the African Union charter accepts the colonial borders? The answer is simple it is because colonial borders are the only document in Africa that has a treaty signed on borders. If you remove colonial borders then there is no document left and every country can claim whatever they want just like we are seeing between Ethiopia and Sudan. Sudan wants the colonial borders respected but Ethiopia said no Alfashaga is Ethiopian, then Sudan said if the colonial borders are not respected then Sudan can also claim Beshangul and the GERD dam.

It doesn't matter whether Alfashaga land was occupied by Ethiopian farmers, that is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is where the colonial border is drawn. We are making the same mistake as we did with Badme. Badme was administrated under Ethiopia but that doesn't matter, what matters is where the colonial borders are drawn. You can go to war and kill thousands of young lives but at the end of the day the border between Sudan and Ethiopia will be decided in international courts based on colonial borders and Alfashaga will be awarded to Sudan just like Badme was awarded to Eritrea.

So why waste innocent lives and money for nothing? What did we get from the Badme war? Nothing. The same will be the case for Sudan. In stead, we should hand over Alfashaga to Sudan, make peace and bring Sudan to our side. Every kererto is useless and stupidity.

You can google it Alfashaga is clearly inside Sudan's international borders.

The problem is that the Sudan itself is tolerating the Egyptian violation of the 1902 border. Sudan lacks consistency.

The 1902 border assigned administration of the territory of the Ababda tribe south of the 22-degree latitude line to Egypt, and gave to Sudan the grazing land of the Beja tribe north of the line to administer.[citation needed] The Sudan-administered territory comprised about 18,000 km2, including the towns of Halaib and Abu Ramad. When Sudan became independent in 1956, Egypt regarded the latitude 22° territorial boundary of 1899 as the border between the two countries, while Sudan held to the claimed 1902 administrative boundary. As a result, both Egypt and Sudan claim sovereignty over the territory.Conversely, the area south of the line which had been administered by Egypt, Bir Tawil, is a terra nullius, claimed by neither country.
