Sudan should know that although Ethiopia announced that it was going to start refilling the reservoir mid-June, Ethiopia has no control over the sky! The rainy season does not always stick to the Gregorian Calendar; thus, it can also start early as it can delay.

Re: Breaking! Ethiopia began second filling of the giant dam in early May, Sudan says
If any country that is deemed to have soverign rights over its territory in this world is not allowed to assert its rights over the use of its natural resources, then the world is crooked and deserved not to be defended.Ethiopia says the hydropower dam is crucial to its economic development, and that it is asserting its rights over Nile waters long controlled by downstream countries under colonial-era agreements.
I am afraid Egypt is making life difficult for its future generation when the next generation of Ethiopians come to the scene and realise how current day and former Egyptian generations were treating their by then forefathers.
This is a pure arrogance to try to tell someone about you don't have the right to use your natural resources before we have given our blessings to you to do so.
