Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
Eritrea's independence has cost Ethiopia economy US$47 billion since the Eritrea–Ethiopia border conflict in 1998, The TPLF have committed an unforgivable error by ceding Afar land to Eritrea.

Re: Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
Mylady,
You see on you map where it says Dankalia Afar state, the Afaris of that region must get the chance to determine whether to join their brothers in Ethiopia or to establish a full independent Afari state by taking Afar periphery of Ethiopia altogether.
That is their ancestral homeland and it is their god-given right to decide on their land and fate.
These two worebela shifta Tigrways chased Amhara and separated these same people into two. This decision of the two worebela shifta Tigraways will be undone in due time. Everything we see on the ground now will be void and null. Inshallah!

It sometimes surprises me how you guys think. Can you say the same thing about the Afars in Djibouti? Or the Promos in borena and Kenya?
How about the Gambellas?
Every inch of Eritrean land belongs to Eritrean people. Anybody who wants to leave, he can take his carcass and move to any country of his liking!

Re: Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
There is no country called Eritrea so does Ethiopia. It is merely land and people that Menilik assembled it hundred years ago. The people tried hard to democratize and have a little human right dignity in both Eritrea and Ethiopia for no avail. The habesha Ethnics namely Tigraway and Amharay blew every good opportunity to keep the people of that region together. Now, the only option left is to undone everything that has been done, and it will be done in a due time. Inshallah! The Gambela, Borena and others will also take their affairs in their hands at the right time come up. Inshallah!wrote: ↑24 May 2021, 20:30It sometimes surprises me how you guys think. Agame boy aka EPRDF,
I know you are really mad but things are what they are. Know international treaties on how a nation is recognized. Eritrea is born out of the international treaties of the 1940's. African countries are delineated according to last colonial boundaries. Dankelia is part of Eritrea and Afar part of Ethiopia belongs to Ethiopia. That never changes unless ethnic liquidation is carried though some form of Genocide based on Ethnic identity. That is even very hard to prove. The Darfur case is one good example. Every part of Eritrea remains Eritrean, just like every part of USA remains part of USA. Now, Tigray is an exception. There is a constitution that allows Tigray to go on its own with exclusive permission of the parliament but still it is very unlikely. There is that genocide accusation, but like I said, it is still an accusation up until the UN Security unanimously says so. So, don't count on it. Every part of Eritrea remains part of Eritrea.

Re: Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
hawey blue,
The only reason Eritrea came into existence is by arm and muscle and she will be dissolved by arm and muscle as well. That is what the horn of African political trend indicates as we stand now. You will join your Tigraway brothers in south the river, you will be forgiven to each other for all the evil had happened and you will be living in harmony thereafter. Afar will take Dankalia and will join its brothers and sisters in Ethiopia and will have its own state or Join Djibouti. Likewise the real Deqi eris, Rashaida, Saho, Beja and BeniAmrs will be given the option of choosing to have their own state or to Join Sudan. Inshallah! Make some psychological preparation for that day.

Re: Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
You illiterate nasty medanagheri agame, what you are saying is that the Eritrean and Djiboutian Afars are lucky to be born inside Eritrean and Djiboutian territories and the you care too much about the Ethiopian Afars to be born inside Ethiopia's territory.
So if you love them and care too much about them, why don't you let the have a referendum to stay with Ethiopia, to join Eritrea or Djibouti.
I don't know about Djibouti, but we the Eritrean will give them Eritrean identities as long as they bring their whole territories to Eritrea's fold. We won't even give a single Ethiopian Afar Erit nationalism, if they are willing to come empty hands.
So, problem solved and you don't have to worry about their miserable life.

Agame boy EPRDF,
You are losing it. Evil wishing will not get you anywhere. The Eritrean people are very peaceful. Eritrea stays intact. Your agame behind is in limbo.
Ethiopia is at cross roads, and that is a fact. I hate to say this, what is Tigrayan's future ? A a hated minority in a fragile and overpopulated nation ? I am not evil, I hope it gets better for your kind.

Re: Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
How will it get better? Ethiopia population ain’t declining around 1 million Amharas are born every year ready to overcome agame neocolonialism, Eritrea will continue to be a major powerhouse and strongly defended untouchable country in north east AfricaBlueshift wrote: ↑24 May 2021, 23:57Agame boy EPRDF,

Agames insults just makes things worse keep calling others adgis Tigray will still be stuck in its low class AID-DEPENDANT position for millennium
Re: Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
Why would Eritrea give its territories to Ethiopia. Ethiopia doesn't even have the right to have an afar territory. And why would afar join Ethiopia to be a minority In the sea of amhara galla and others. Ethiopia has legal claim over Eritrea the day menelik recognize Italian Eritrea as a seperate state or colony in the late 1800s. That changed the historic course for ever and again in 1993. When the referendum all this happend with Ethiopians consent.

Menilik was an illiterate primitive puppet of the European imperialisms who had absolutely nothing to do with the creation of modern day Ethiopia, He did not draw the borders of Ethiopia and as a matter of fact the vast Somali region was carved out of Somalia during the Scramble for Africa by the European powers, Menelik was just a primitive puppet of the European imperialisms and nothing else
Secondly, Habesha is not an ethnicity nor is there a common habesha language, it is really a meaningless term.

As of today, Eritrea's independence has cost Ethiopia economy US$ 50 billion since the Eritrea–Ethiopia border conflict in 1998.
Re: Counting the cost of Eritrea independence
Ethiopia can recover all those billions of dollars if you funfunat agames go your own way and declare your independence.
Feeding your snotty, ungrateful agames is costing Ethiopia more than what it cost it to keep a country which was not, is not and will never be part of Ethiopia.
Beside the billions of dollars it cost Ethiopia, the idea of keeping Eritrea with Ethiopia cost Ethiopia over 500 thousands of Ethiopians lives during the 30 years brutal war and the woyane adventure.

Update
As of today, Eritrea's independence has cost Ethiopia economy US$ 52 billion since the Eritrea–Ethiopia border conflict in 1998.
Ethiopia is once again teetering on the verge of total collapse and disintegration.
