The rest of the world can't be at peace while America is going around and bullying everybody it deemed stands against its hegemonic world order aspiration.

The rest of the world should rise and counterbalance the hegemony of America.

America, we don't want your wheat, we want self-reliance and self-sufficiency, leave us alone so that we can lead our lives in peace. If we don't get our peace, then assume not that you will have peace.
