መመረዝ ማላታይን መጠጣት ብቻ የሚመስለው የዋህ አለ። ብዙ ግዜ የመርዝ ግድያ (homicide poisoning) የልብ ድካም (heart attack) እና የስኳር ኮማ እንዲመስሉ ይደረጋል። በዚህም ምክንያት የሞቱን ምክንያት ለማወቅ አስቸጋሪ ያደርገዋል። የአበረን ግድያ የልብ ድካም ነው የሚሉን ሰዎች የመርዝ ግድያ የመጨረሻው ውጤት organ failure በማምጣት በልብ ድካም ወይም በኮማ መግደል መሆኑን አያውቁም ወይ? የመንግስትን የምርመራ ውጤት እንጠብቅ የሚሉ ወገኖች የኢንጅነር ስመኛውን ራሱን ገሏል የሚል የመንግስት ሪፖርት ለምን አልተቀበሉም? ለማንኛውም የኮሚሽነር አበረ አስክሬን በሲውድን ወይም በሌሎች ገለልተኛ መርማሪዎች መመርመር አለበት።
