Abiy will be forced to negotiate with TPLF and solve their political problems but he will have a major challenge handling the lawless Amhara shifta army as they have to vacate West and South Tigray as part of the peace deal. Tigray will have always highly flexible, low cost, enduring, desciplined and mobile military that's will give it advantage over its enmies which will give it higher negotiation power over Abiy and Amhara shifta.
