Both descendant scholars of Amhara and Tigraway are struggling to lodge documents at ICC as plaintiff. Normally, they are accusing each other and their own habesha governments.
Nevertheless, descendant scholars of Amhara are talkative enough to disclose their plan may be thinking as a tool for their inherent begging. On the contrary, descendant scholars of Tigraway are determined to keep their act confidential that we came to know they are in the process only after half done.
