I know you badly are looking for sources that comfort you to give you a solace from the catastrophic TPLF loss, but wise to accept the reality by swallowing the bitter pill. I share Fiyameta’s assumption. That was most likely what happened. The Ethiopian army could not have benefited an iota by killing civilians. That was why the Ethiopian army moved. walking a long journey on foot, slowly, to avoid civilian causalities. They knew from the outset winning in the battlefield was the easy part of their mission. Winning the hearts and minds of Tigreans was the difficult part of their mission.
The Ethiopian army cannot gain any advantage by killing Tigrean civilians ; the dying TPLF had.
They would give out the killing they had done to a third rate CNN journalist to spread out their lies.
About the Ethiopian army uniform give me a break. They have had the Eritrean army uniform let alone the Ethiopian army which was stationed in Mekele.
