Probably a video made back in November 
But i can sense that the huge stero in the march is to boast the dead moral of tigrayans who were running for their life to fight. Else, when you go to war, music is luxury. No army in the battlefield plays stereo like this so this is just a march in towns controlled by tplf back in november
