This all is to force Ethiopia to sign an agreement favouring Egypt and Sudan. Tigray or TPLF is not part of this scheme. It is simply a means for Egypt and Sudan to use it if they need Tigray.

The best scenario will for Ethiopia to overthrow Abiy Ahmed and evict the Eritrean troops and the Eritreans living in Ethiopia. The new government needs to declare war on Eritrea and occupy Asseb. Deporting Eritreans is necessary to stop terrorist activities in Ethiopia mostly carried by Eritrean refugees.
