1968 ሶማሊያ በወረረችን ወቅት የሶሻሊስት ህብረት አባል የሆነችው ኪዩባ የጦር አጋር በመሆን ካልተሳሳትኩ ሶስት ሺህ ወታደሮቿን ወደ ኢትዮጵያ በላከችበት ግዜ አብዛኞቹ ወታደሮቿ ካምፕ ያደረጉት ድሬዳዋ ላይ እና ሀረር አራተኛ ሰፈር ነበር።
የኪዩባ ወታደሮች በወቅቱ በኑሮ የደከመ ህይወት ላይ ያሉ የኛን ሴቶች የሚያማልሉት ከካምፓቸው ሰርቀው በሚያወጡት ሰርዲን (የታሸገ ስጋ) ፣ጋዝ እና ተራ መመገቢያ ቁሳቁሶች ነበር(ደሞዝ ፈጽሞ አይሰጣቸውም) ነበር።
1969 ሀረር አራተኛ ሰፈር ላይ ከእለታቶች በአንዱ የኪዩባ ወታደር ኢትዮጵያዊቷን በሰርዲን ማማለል ናትናኤል መኮንን ተወለደ። በእናቱ አባት ስም ነው የሚጠራው
