As you might know Kenya wrote to the ICJ on Jan. 28 seeking a further postponement of the maritime delimitation case with Somalia for the fourth time, arguing that "one of its keymaps with crucial information that was set to be presented as evidence in the case has mysteriously vanished."
The ICJ has refused to buy such a childish excuse, and thus rejected Kenya's mendacious request, confirming that "the case will commence on March 15 as earlier set."
