It is not those who have their seats in New York, Brussels, Paris, London, Berlin or somewhere else that can determine if people are facing sever mal-nutrition, hunger and other kinds of sever scarcity of supplies but those who are on the site. The Director General of WFP decided exactly to do that and went to see it for himselfs, accompanied by many other representatives other agencies.
