how many time i tell this idiot the more u build the more you harm your economy .. u dont have cement to build new constriction so u have to import cement .. the question is Dr. Abiy might give u free cement but how long are u going to beg Ethiopia for cement .. beside golden region is closed for u u have to go around Amhara and Afar land toward Assab to get to Eritrea this make the cement costly .. u better buy from China and imported that way instead of stealing from Ethiopia ..
