No more regionsl government of Tigray or Kilil but "Government of Tigray or Mengisti Tigray" ART39 has been implemented. Jan Maro to dayas interview did the same thing that Oromia nation is going to be declared very soon.

Breaking Tukrir Dembia&Amhara: Tigray has decided not to use regional just "Government of Tigray"???
