According to the website, Counter Punch, some of the( day hyena) TPLF members are hiding in the rat hole. During the war with the Amhara militia, the wild animal hyena clan, a large group of hyenas is called clans, which range from 6 to over 100 members, scared of the artillery sound and the commotion around the field they run and hide in the cave that TPLF prepared for hiding. The Amhara militia fought and librated the ENDF from captivity and continued its offensive and chased TPLF junta into the cave that they dug before. But they did not realize a wild hyena clan was hiding there before them.
Once TPLF retreats and hides in their cave the Amhara and ENDF forced and kept them inside the cave for days and weeks. Also, some of the TPLF members in the cave were badly wounded. As days passed the hyenas got hungry and also smell the rotting wound of TPLF members. The clan agitated and attack the wounded and scared TPLF junta and eat them. This is according to the website counter punch however this is a hypothetical narrative to justify why the headless human bone and femur with a knife mark found in from and inside the cave.
There is another piece of information too. This seems very convincing because of its timeline and human nature. The TPLF junta retreats to the cave in huge number some are wounded and some are too old to move that is why they want to hide in the cave. The question is why the second information is more convincing and true?

It is also suspicious that TPLF juntas in the cave were using Morphine and hallucinating drugs under the cover of controlling their blood sugar and blood pressure medicines. Those who are captured gave their blood and urine samples for analysis. If traces of those drugs to be found then the case of cannibalism for survival will change to cannibalism for the love of human flesh and the legal proceeding will be different. I know this savagery, killing of human beings for their flesh is based on pagan rituals. before it was not that much seen but for sure most of us heard about it. Even we have seen the symbolic nature to represent power by putting male general on the forehead of some Gala leaders. The one that shocks Most Ethiopians is how it is growing on an industrial scale and the insensitivity of the Government and the so-called police force. Cannibalism is illegal in Ethiopian law or criminal code and how is it possible for the government to give a blind eye when this kind of atrocities committed on an industrial scale.

Based on today's discussion panel of the ENDF legal team TPLF junta crime is so grave they will be tried in court marshal. In support of that notion, the investigating group should try those who are participated in cannibalism to be tried in court marshal in closed session and keep eye witness anonymous and this should be announced so more witness can come forward.
