"Tigray" is NOT a name of a nation. Nor was it a name of a place.
The Agazian movement was created to overcome this important problem.
However, the Agazian solution has also its own challenges.
Among its most important challenge is its images as a collection of religious bigots. A lot of Muslims, including those in Eritrea, are very apprehensive about it.
This matters to the movement a lot because at some point the Agazians need to expand into Eritrea if they are to be economically and politically viable.
To placate Muslims everywhere (including the Sudanese), the Agazis need to separate themselves from TPLF in religious tolerance. They really need to show good will towards their muslim citizens.
And I believe, this more than anything else, will make it possible for the Muslims of Axum to have their own mosque in the near future.
