The junta, as we all know, relies heavily on lies and propaganda to maintain its hagemony. During the last decade, it has infested all public forums, from killil to kebele all the way to social media with its cadres who never hesitate to create a reality of their own whenever they deem it fit to serve the junta's interest. The notion "contradiction" does not exist in their world. They get a guideline from Mekele and set lose to confuse and convince the unsespected public. They can be anytging, everuthing and tell you what u want or need to hear depending on the circumstance. Our own Adwash and Eden are a good example.

But, what I wanted to touch upon now is the tale of two Paltak cadres.

1. The "Amhara" girl who loves the junta

And she get a proposal she couldnt refuse. To be an Admin at one of the Junta Paltalk rooms. She speaks Amharic fluently on a native tongue level. Only two requirements were necessary. To be available 24/7. And to pretend from the bihere Amhara and guid the room's propoganda apparatus in a manner suitable to the protect the junta's interest. In return she will be rewarded financially. There was another criteria: to be stationed in Mekele. She declined the later. So, they agreed that she works from Europe. But for her credebility, she must say that she lives in Addis. Now, she is a super admin of the room called "Ethio Lisan Tegaru". She still claims that she is from the Amhara but loves the junta to death. And she also claims that she lives in Addis.

2. Stranded in Mekele
Ancient Tigray is the other charachter. Also in his 30s. Also present at the Deaspora Festival in Mekele during last summer. His permanent domicile is in the US. A soft spoken guy, near fluent in English. He have the ability to sound smart, though he is not really. He got the same offer. Except pretending to be from the Amhara was not a criteria for him. He should, though, work from Mekele. He accepted. He had been a super admin at " Ethio Lisan Tegaru" untill the war broke out. After the war, he is stranded in Mekele. Logically, ever since the start of the war, he has not been on Paltalk.
