Can someone write a book with the title " The Woyane-Tigrayan Mind " following the example of author Raphael Patai ?

Some, including Prof Edward Said, considered the book of Raphael Patai as stereotypical and racist but in the case of the strange Woyane-Tigrayan mentality it would be more than fair to do a research .
