Tigray should run it's factories at the same time waging the war against Abiy Ahmed Ali's troops. This reminds us of the situation Russia was in when it was attacked by Nazi Germany.
Farmers should plow their lands and the construction business should go on. Schools should be opened and run at night to avoid air attacks.
Economic activity should not stop.
