Mekelle citizens: TPLF is starting to erect barricades and cut the roads to Mekelle

Mekelle citizens are telling people by phone that TPLF is starting to erect barricades and cut the roads to Mekelle. The thinking is they are hoping against hope to buy enough time for the international community to pressure the federal government for "negotiations". They seem to be oblivious that TPLF lost 60% of Tigray in under 3 weeks
