By making enemies left and right, committing war crimes [of course, with their EPRDF puppet/satellite parties], against various nations- from the Oromos to the Somalis to the Afars, Amharas, and so on, & of course, by expanding the boundaries of tigray before the badme war, to include large swathes of Eritrean lands including seaports.
While I am not necessarily the biggest fan or supporter of Obbo Abiy, the TPLF brought this upon themselves.
