It is laboratory incubator made by Egypt and planted in South Yemen, Somali land and Afar. Unless they spray and destroy from their origin they will show up year after year not only in from the original places but where ever they left eggs. This is total disaster for many years to come. Something has to be done by Tigray, Oromo, Afar, Somali, agew/Qimant, Beneshangule and southern to get rid of this heartless man and take over in order the federal to coordinate with Somaliland, Somalia and Yemen and destroy them for next year.
