I don't think honestly the PM has got any sort of rudge or resentment against the people of Tigray, he went there during the heyday of his inauguration to office and called them "you are indeed golden" or something similar.

He might have differences with the political actors over there but that doesn't mean he should have anything against the people of Tigray.

Before I opened this link I also saw another clip of the same scene on another channel where the PM was expressing his vision of expanding the good results they said have been achieved in Oromia so far to other regions, including Tigray, Amhara, Afar and etc (look at around 1:11 min into the following video.

so, why do you think he could be angry and if indeed angry then against whom, if you can explain?
