Eritrea missed the golden opportunity to unite with it's motherland Tigray.
Had Eritrea united with Tigray, it would have been a more developed country. Now Eritrea is nothing, it is simply a tiny meaningless confused community, that could be crushed any time by Ethiopia or Amhara or Oromo or Tigray. The sovereignty pretext is not applicable to countries such as Eritrea. Might is always right. Oromo or Amhara could defeat Eritrea and do the talking about sovereignty in UN forums like Palastina or Sahara Arab Republic.
