Re: Interesting today: Issayas was asked what he thinks about Tigray election and if the election was conducted fairly?

Ayto Halafiw, you made a mistake in one of your recent posts, in which you forgot that nearly 100% of the eligible voters in Tigray( those who are above 18 years old) were registered to vote. 2,756 million were thus registered to vote, not just TPLF related cadres and government employees. Remember, like in every population in the world, the ratio of voting age to non-voting are is 1:2.

Now Enjoy this beautiful Tigrean Oromifa song

What I said is about right unless I did not explained it well. The 98% registered voters are woyene base, those are government employees throughout woredas, assistance receivers from woyane older people and unfortunates, farmers who get fertilizers, loans and other assistance. It does not mean woyane did wrong, they are legitimate to get votes from their dependable base. The election was conducted clean and fair for all but the other parties are new comers most Tigrayans do not know them. Until strong with huge financial backer party come to surface in Tigray and bring new voter block by registering over half of the population did not participate, woyane will win every election in the future. Woyane won the election fair and square by its massive voters base, this is not wrong doing for woyane, it is legitimate woyane to bring out all their base to vote for them. Despite the leadership is heartless none nationalists Tigray people heart is with woyane organization and will remain with them unless they do utter disaster in the future.
