But how much of this 7.i billion will be handed to the Ethiopian government, or Ethiopians in general, because the UN and the west have the habit of pledging large amounts of money to help African countries, when in reality over 30% of the pledged sum never reaches the African continent, recipient countries get only a tiny fraction of the cake, and the rest is being handed to foreign agencies and NGOs!
