Criticizing is not defaming. Defamation is not a crime unless it contains false statements that results harm to the person or persons. Criticizing public individuals is not a crime.

Look, in a democratic system, no one is untouchable. He stated the mistakes made in his own view, logically, he backed up his position. Why are you vilifying him ?
