OMN receiving the copy of the qeerroo declaration proves it is a real qeerroo thing planned and executed by qeerroo and not by TPLF operatives. TPLF just happens to have friendly contacts with qeerroo commanders and TPLF lives at home and receives the copy from qeerroo very quickly.
