Ethiopia doesn`t need democracy but a strong rule of law,and free and fair judiciary system

we have seen a lot of horrific seen in Ethiopia spiled from the Hachallu Hundessa assassination this last month. we all watched in horror and dismay about the future of this country and its people, I don`t want to be considered presumptuous but I don`t think democracy is workable for Africa.
Introducing this western-style democracy to the bush-people who have no idea about dignity, and integrity may seem to them free license to kill.
So Ethiopia need not democracy but a strong institution of law and justice system free from corruption. The people should feel the long hand of the rule of law all their acts barre their responsibility.
the Americans are divided but they don`t kill each other as we saw in Ethiopia b/c they know the consequences of their actions very severe.

At the same time, the young king must grow his claws faster than the agame and their disciples, if he is going to come out as a victorious, otherwise, he is going down with his beloved country forever.
