Yes Oromos and other Ethiopians were killed not by TPLF but by the EPRDF government which is now in power under a new brand "PP" and still Oromo s are being killed and arrested. What it means is that with or without involvement of TPLF people are being killed in Ethiopia . TPLF was not and is not the root cause, it is lack of democracy and a security system which is poorly equipped to handle riots that is killing people including Oromos. The solidarity between Tigray and Oromo is a natural unavoidable response against Chauvinists.

That is true but TPLF never humiliated, imprisoned or killed Oromo political leaders like Meshrefet PP - supported by Wedimedhin, Ezema and Nafxania-Dergists- is doing it now. TPLF did not imprision the OLF leaders at that time, they may have arrested army leaders who killed many but not any other leaders. TPLF and OLF know both made some mistakes leading to the fall out at that time... you can ask Obo Lencho Leta,.
