Winning hundred millions in Powerball doesn't make you a savvy investor, nor does it put you in a league of self-made millionaires.......Stripped of that money, the only thing the lucky winner would be left with is his positive skills (if s/he has any), values, motivations......etc. Being a historical accident or in Mengistu's language ጎርፍ አመጣሽ , TPLF was just like a lucky winner who squandered his winnings on booth, women, and gambling......
And thanks God, this dude has enough grey matter to see the obvious!
