A Kuli to anyone does not possess any kind of manner, the Italayans were the worst Kuli owners and you got the worst Italian COVID91.

The Bologna maid was in Tigray soil twice and we could have gotten him if we had such plan when he was okay, now he is dying without any cost associated and why any one spend thinking about him even for one hour let alone to spend one precious bullet???

I a poor region like Tigray, you better talk about providing potable water for the people than bullet price.
