Ethiopia should empower Ethiopians, people who are in Ethiopia, live and die in Ethiopia. Refugees from neighboring countries should not be allowed to come to Ethiopia as Ethiopia is a poor country. Empowering means jobs, services and security should be given to Ethiopians. Empowering means building Ethiopian nationalism and patriotism.

Refugees from South Sudan, Somalia and Eritrea should be repatriated. Mass migration destabilizes communities in Ethiopia. Political and community leaders in other countries could get asylum in Ethiopia, this has been the ancient tradition of Ethiopia. But allowing mass migration could a source of tension and war in the future.

Most refugees coming from Somalia South Sudan and Eritrea do not share core values Ethiopians do share. They bring with them their own problems, which is a burden to communities in Ethiopia.

The government should protect the communities by not exposing them to migrants, some of which are enemies of Ethiopians. Some refugees from Eritrea joke about Ethiopian history, calling it a fairy tale. Some Eritrean disrupt activities of communities in Ethiopia. Some families could be victims of these anti-Ethiopia activity of Eritreans. some South Sudanese refugees are also being used to disrupt activities of communities in Ethiopia. The best policy is not to allow mass migration to Ethiopia. Ethiopia should focus on problems of it's own people.
