Four Tigray men who were captured on surveillance video while they robbed a customer outside a bank at knife-point have been identified and arrested, according to Saudi police.

The men admitted to stealing over 250,000 Riyals over several days in the towns of Dammam and Khobar before their robbing spree came to an end.
