Ethiopia should develop it's economy without involving Eritrea as there will be loyality conflicts. Ethiopia can send food stuff to Eritrea if hungry or if famine. Otherwise Ethiopia should develop it's own economy with support of Ethiopian investors. Ethiopia should create a national bourgeoisie able to develop the economy. The national bourgeoisie should be well educated and is Ethiopian patriot. Foreign investors should not be involved in developing the economy specially agriculture and construction. Ethiopia is a large young labor force and has to use this wealth to develop the agricultural, irrigation, house construction etc. Heavy industry can be in joint venture with developed countries like China, Russia, USA and Europe.
