We should develop Ethiopia to help other countries including Eritrea.
There is no need to allow Eritrea to be in Ethiopia affecting our social and political life.
Ethiopia should focus on it's citizens and unity of the country.
We should follow "no peace no war" policy against Eritrea, gradually relaxing it
We can allow Eritreans to come with visa for a limited period.
Trade between Ethiopia and Eritrea should be regulated as two sovereign countries.
We should delimit the international boundaries between Ethiopia and Eritrea based on Wuchale Treaty.

The problem with Eritrea is there is infiltration of political Islam where many radical Muslims have a political say in the government in Asmera. The Eritrea we know in the past has changed. Eritrea is a toy of Islamic fundamentalism and Arab imperialism. Some Eritreans might want genuine mutual relationship with Ethiopia. However what is transpiring is the opposite. Eritreans want to exploit Ethiopia and destabilize it. They are supported by the Arab countries to carry out sabotages and economic subversive activities in Ethiopia. That is why we need to regulate trade and movement of people between Eritrea and Ethiopia.
