He has been in quarantine and under medical supervision by UAE doctors. He has the symptoms and is being watched by foreign medical staff. Armed guards stand ready to shoot if any threat to Isayas.
Now Isayas might be getting moved Saudi Arabia who have more medical resources than UAE.
I think PfDj are asking specifically for money instead of taking 500 Eritrean medical professionals and supplies and equipment.
