tigrayan farmers used to beg farmers in wolkait for work(tigray region has nothing) and out of good faith amharas would not only give them work they would let them farm on their(amhara) land...now in 2020 wolkait is under the tigray region..I bring this up because decades ago amhara helped tigrayan only for them to stab them in the back and take their land. It is time that amharas only worry about amhara. ..my family is still waiting for wolkait to reunite with gondar.

in Welkait Tegede your not allowed to speak Amharic, tigrayan special forces constantly kill civilians (many are citizen), they don't allow them to wave the plain Ethiopian flag(just the try colors nothing in the middle) they pretty much do anything and everything to terrorize the ppl of wolkait to take on tigrayan identity...but its been almost 30 yrs and the ppl of welkait still are amhara and refuse to be anything else...at one point tplf wanted to divide welkait into half would be tigrayan and the other half amhara..if welkait is tigrayan why would u want to divide it? You know Noble Amara, I have been saying many times. When Tplf came and took over not only it took Amara and Afar regions it controlled Central Government. Now, after Ethio-Eritrea war (which was now clear to distract people about the lands they took), in reality in numbers Amara and Afar combined are majority against Tigray and it makes sense also to unite and occupy Tigray until Tplf is eliminated. Why didn't this happen is that it shows, Ethipians/Amara/Afar are not working in unity for this and obviously Tplf was working hard to divide the people. If you are indeed Welkaite. What this shows is now, Tplf not only controlls other people's land, it is now even controlling entire Amara and Afar regions. This is weakness from that stand point.
