Issayas dilemma is not merely hates woyane to reconcile but he found out if there is a reconciliation and open border then he will be toppled by the people because when they go to Tigray see the open society but in Eritrea is dark hell and they can see how far Issayas took them backwards. Issayas will not reconcile with woyane and open border unless worst situation hit him. The worst scenario is Sudan to open war on Issayas and either Issayas will beg woyane to reconcile not to attack him or woyane joins Sudan and remove him.
