Brother, this Rashid is totally new to me. I haven't come across anything he authored, or heard about him before today!
I've browsed his tweets in the past, and I found one, in which he was saying "All indications are there for Kenya and Somalia to go to war"! And this about summed him up for me, as no one in their right mind (leave alone a Somali) would imagine Somalia in its current chaotic state to be capable of going to war with another country!
Anyhow, the one that would make me feel unhappy is to see Ethiopia setting up its own naval base in Eritrea!

Ethiopia will NEVER set up base in Eritrea. It might in Djibouti, though.
