Ethiopia should not sign any agreement with Egypt and Sudan. All Nile Basin countries should be involved. Ethiopia will in good faith do no harm to the riparian countries. Egypt cannot have any say. Abay or Nile River belongs to Ethiopia. Ethiopia practically cannot use all the water and thus will automatically go the riparian countries.

Ethiopia should use the Nile for irrigation and hydropower. There should be no limitation on Ethiopia's use of the River Nile, God's gift to Ethiopia.
