so what is ur solution ? not building it.. would be the answer.. Saudi, Egypt go to war to protect their interest ..Saudi imposed OIL embargo on USA to make sure they get paid fair price for their oil, Egypt go to war with England to take over their Suez channel ... even so Egypt sold it to British in the first place they just nationalized it... and war broke out and Egypt lost but America come to rescue .. so my deer if u want to keep your own resource u should willing to go to war.. if Egypt willing to go to war that doesn't belong to them why not Ethiopians who building dam inside Ethiopia .. that doesn't affect Egypt because we producing hydro listen to king Meles part one he will give u the answer ..
