While we celebrate the Victory of Ethiopians over Siad Bare’s Somalis invading army the shining history of the Ethiopian air force should get all the adulation. To clear all the Somali 43 Migs 21, 23 from the Ogaden sky with older American 5 F5 fighting was magical ; one Heroic Ethiopian air force dropping 4 migs in a single day was unbelievable. Yes all Ethiopians were heroic in their action, but Ethiopian air force should be remembered and emulated for years and years to come. That was Ethiopia at its best.
